Return and exchange policy for cosmetics – Solve Skin Care Cosmetics

Once you purchase the product, it is considered to have been approved by you, and therefore the amounts paid or to be paid for your purchase of Solve Skin Care products cannot be refunded in any way, regardless of the method of payment used for the purchase, while preserving the buyer’s right to replace the product(s) purchased if they are found to be damaged or incomplete.

Therefore, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess and correct the problem.

To be eligible for a product exchange, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused or unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
