Shipping and Customs Policy 

  • We strive Solve Skin  We aim to continue incurring the lowest possible delivery costs and reserve the right to adjust our prices from time to time. 
  • Delivery to GCC countries is subject to a fee determined by the company; otherwise, delivery fees will be charged according to the shipping price; please ensure that you provide us with all complete and correct shipping addresses. 
  • You will not be able to bear it Solve Skin We are not responsible for orders lost due to customers providing incorrect information. If you enter an incorrect address, Silky Cosmetics is not obligated to resend the order at our expense to the correct address. If you fail to provide us with a correct address within 14 days, we will cancel your order.

Do not bear Solve Skin We bear no responsibility for the refund/exchange of any goods or any related costs arising from the importation or confiscation of any goods by your country's customs office or any other government agency. Similarly, any customs duties or import taxes payable on your order are not our responsibility and are beyond our control. If your order is returned to us by your country's import authorities for resale, we will refund the order value less any postage we incurred. We will not refund goods shipped that have been detained or confiscated by your country's customs if they contain prohibited items. We are also not responsible for any goods lost while in transit outside the GCC region. 

Each purchase order will be shipped separately and will not be combined with other purchase orders.

It will not guarantee Solve Skin Delivery times; however, we will do our best through our means to send the products to you on the specified dates, and our door-to-door delivery service is handled through several professional delivery companies that deliver your shipment directly. This service is provided with a tracking number which will allow you to track your shipment throughout its entire journey. 

Customs and import regulations vary considerably from country to country. Unfortunately, it is impossible for us to know all the regulations for every country. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any goods you order are not prohibited or banned in your destination country.
